Charles
A. Davis joined Stone Point Capital in 1998 and has served as
Chief Executive Officer for the past 8 years. Before joining Stone
Point Capital in 1998, Mr. Davis was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. for
23 years where he served as head of Investment Banking Services worldwide,
co-head of the Americas Group, head of the
Financial Services Industry Group, a member of the International Executive
Committee and a General Partner.
Mr. Davis is a director of AXIS Capital Holdings Limited, Lockton International Holdings Limited and Wilton
Re
Holdings Limited, and a former director of several portfolio companies
including Sedgwick CMS Holdings, Inc. and Vertafore, Inc. (f/k/a AMS
Services, Inc.). He is also a director of Media General, Inc., Merchants
Bancshares, Inc., Progressive Corporation and The Hershey Company. Mr. Davis received a
B.A. from
the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. from the Columbia University
Graduate School of Business.

Stephen Friedman
joined Stone Point Capital in 1998 and serves as
Chairman of the firm. Mr. Friedman is a retired
Chairman of Goldman, Sachs & Co.
He is
Chairman of the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board and
of the Intelligence Oversight Board and has been appointed to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York effective January 1, 2008. From December 2002 to December
2004,
he served as Assistant to President George W. Bush for Economic Policy
and
Director of the National Economic Council. Mr. Friedman joined Goldman,
Sachs & Co. in 1966 and became a Partner in 1973. He was Vice Chairman
and
co-Chief Operating Officer from 1987 to November 1990, and co-Chairman
or
Chairman from 1990 to 1994.
Mr. Friedman is currently a board member of The Goldman Sachs Group,
Inc.,
the Council on Foreign Relations and Chairman of the Board of Harbor Point Limited, a Trident III portfolio
company. He is a trustee of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center
and the
Aspen Institute. Prior affiliations include Chairman of the Board of
Trustees of Columbia University and director of Wal-Mart Stores and
Fannie
Mae. Mr. Friedman also previously served as a director of AXIS Capital
Holdings Limited, Sedgwick CMS Holdings, Inc. and Vertafore, Inc. (f/k/a
AMS
Services, Inc.), all of which are or were portfolio companies of the
Trident
Funds. Mr. Friedman received a B.A. from Cornell University and an
LL.B.
from Columbia Law School.

Meryl D. Hartzband is
the Chief Investment Officer of Stone Point
Capital and has been with the firm since 1999. Before joining Stone
Point Capital in 1999, Ms. Hartzband was a Managing Director at J.P.
Morgan & Co.
where, during a sixteen-year career, she specialized in managing private
equity investments in the insurance and financial services industries.
Ms.
Hartzband worked closely with Stone Point Capital during her tenure
at J.P. Morgan
in connection with that firm's role as co-sponsor of Trident I and
of most
of the Pre-Trident Investments.
Ms. Hartzband is a director of Harbor Point Limited, Wilton Re Holdings Limited and
ZC
Sterling Corporation, and a former director of several portfolio companies
including AXIS Capital Holdings Limited. She also previously served
as a
director of ACE Limited and St. Paul Travelers Companies, Inc. Ms.
Hartzband
holds a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Columbia
University Graduate School of Business.

James D. Carey
is a Principal of Stone Point Capital and has been with
the firm since 1997. Prior to joining Stone Point Capital, Mr. Carey
worked in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group
of Merrill Lynch & Co. from 1995 to 1997. Prior to joining Merrill
Lynch, Mr. Carey was a corporate attorney with Kelley Drye & Warren.
Mr. Carey is Chairman of the Board of PARIS RE Holdings Limited and
a
director of The ARC Group, LLC, Lane McVicker LLC, Lockton International Holdings Limited, Mercator
Risk
Services, Inc., Privilege Underwriters, Inc. and Signal Holdings LLC.
Mr.
Carey holds a B.S. from Boston College, a J.D. from Boston College
Law
School and an M.B.A. from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
